Aam Panna

A tangy-sweet raw mango cooler; a traditional summer drink that protects against heat and is full of vitamin C.

Ingredients:

• 1 Raw mango

• 2 tbsp Jaggery powder

• 1.5 cups Cold water

• Pinch Roasted cumin and black salt

• Few Mint leaves

Recipe:

1. Boil or pressure cook the raw mango until soft, then cool and peel.

2. Scoop the pulp and blend with jaggery and mint.

3. Mix the pulp into cold water to the right consistency.

4. Add a pinch of cumin and black salt and serve over ice.

💡 Tip: Aam panna is a traditional heat protector. Keep salt and spice mild for children and serve in small portions.
