Almond Date Energy Ladoo

A smooth, naturally sweet ladoo of almonds and dates; a clean first-thing energy boost with no added sugar.

Ingredients:

• 1 cup Almonds: Soaked and peeled

• 1 cup Dates: Deseeded

• 1 tsp Ghee

• Pinch Cardamom

Recipe:

1. Lightly roast the peeled almonds and cool.

2. Grind the almonds to a coarse powder.

3. Blend the dates to a smooth paste.

4. Cook the date paste in ghee on low for 2 minutes.

5. Mix in the almond powder and cardamom.

6. Cool slightly and roll into very small soft ladoos.

💡 Tip: For toddlers, keep these soft and bite-sized. Soaking and peeling almonds makes them easier to digest.
