
• 1 cup Wheat flour
• 2 Potatoes: Boiled and mashed
• Pinch Salt and mild spice
• 2 tbsp Coriander: Chopped
• 1 tsp Ghee: For cooking
1. Knead a soft dough and rest 15 minutes.
2. Mix mashed potato, salt, mild spice and coriander.
3. Stuff and roll each paratha gently.
4. Cook on a tawa with ghee until golden on both sides.
💡 Tip: Keep spices mild and the paratha soft. Serve with curd, which aids digestion of the potato.
