
• 1 cup Whole wheat flour
• ½ Apple: Grated
• ¼ cup Jaggery powder
• ¼ cup Milk
• 2 tbsp Oil
• ½ tsp Baking powder
• ½ tsp Cinnamon
• Pinch Salt
1. Preheat the oven to 180°C and grease a donut mould.
2. Whisk milk, oil, jaggery and grated apple.
3. Fold in flour, baking powder, cinnamon and salt.
4. Pipe the batter into the donut mould.
5. Bake for 15 to 18 minutes until springy.
6. Cool, then dust with a little cinnamon.
💡 Tip: A piping bag or zip-lock with a snipped corner makes filling the donut mould neat and quick.
