
• 1 Apple: Peeled and cubed
• As needed Water: For steaming
• Pinch Cinnamon: Optional, after 8 months only
1. Steam apple cubes for 8–10 minutes until completely soft.
2. Blend to a smooth puree, adding cooking water as needed.
3. Stir in a pinch of cinnamon if using.
4. Cool to room temperature and serve.
💡 Tip: Steaming preserves more nutrients than boiling. Introduce cinnamon only after 8 months and start with the smallest pinch.
