
• 2 tsp Bajra flour: Dry roasted
• 1 cup Water
• 2 tbsp Mashed vegetable: Carrot or peas
• Pinch Turmeric
1. Dry roast bajra flour on low heat for 2–3 minutes until nutty.
2. Whisk in water gradually to avoid lumps.
3. Cook on low for 6–8 minutes until thick.
4. Stir in mashed vegetable and serve warm.
💡 Tip: Bajra is naturally warming; offer it more in cooler months and balance with cooling foods like lauki in summer.
