Baked Paneer Tikka Bites

Marinated paneer cubes baked till charred at the edges; a smoky, protein-rich exclusive snack.

Ingredients:

• 200 g Paneer: Cubed

• ½ cup Thick curd

• ¼ cup Capsicum: Cubed

• Pinch Salt, turmeric, mild tikka masala

• 1 tsp Oil

Recipe:

1. Mix curd with salt and mild spices to make a marinade.

2. Coat the paneer and capsicum and rest for 15 minutes.

3. Preheat the oven to 200°C and line a tray.

4. Arrange the cubes and brush with a little oil.

5. Bake for 15 to 18 minutes until the edges char lightly.

6. Cool slightly and serve with mint chutney.

💡 Tip: Thick, hung curd clings better to the paneer and gives the bites their signature tikka colour.
