
• 2 Sweet potatoes: Cut into thin sticks
• 1 tbsp Olive oil
• Pinch Salt
• Pinch Paprika: Mild, optional
• Pinch Dried herbs
1. Preheat the oven to 200°C and line a tray.
2. Toss the sweet potato sticks in oil, salt and herbs.
3. Spread in a single layer without crowding.
4. Bake for 20 to 25 minutes, turning once halfway.
5. Cool slightly so the edges crisp, then serve.
💡 Tip: Soak the cut sticks in water for 15 minutes before baking to draw out starch and get crispier fries.
