Baked Veggie Nuggets

Crunchy oven-baked nuggets packed with vegetables; the kid-favourite shape with hidden nutrition.

Ingredients:

• 1 cup Mixed vegetables: Grated and steamed

• ½ cup Grated paneer

• ½ cup Breadcrumbs

• ¼ cup Oats: Powdered

• Pinch Salt and mild spice

• 1 tbsp Oil: For brushing

Recipe:

1. Preheat the oven to 200°C and line a tray.

2. Mix vegetables, paneer, breadcrumbs, oat powder and seasoning.

3. Shape into small nuggets and coat lightly in extra breadcrumbs.

4. Place on the tray and brush with oil.

5. Bake for 20 minutes, turning once, until golden.

6. Cool slightly and serve with ketchup.

💡 Tip: Steaming the vegetables first removes excess water so the nuggets hold together and bake crisp.
