Banana Date Shake

A naturally sweet, energy-dense shake of banana, dates and milk; no added sugar and loved by every child.

Ingredients:

• 1 ripe Banana

• 3 Dates: Deseeded and soaked

• 1 cup Milk

• Pinch Cardamom

• 2 Ice cubes: Optional

Recipe:

1. Blend the soaked dates with a little milk to a smooth paste.

2. Add banana, the rest of the milk and cardamom.

3. Blend until thick and frothy.

4. Add ice if using and serve chilled.

💡 Tip: Soaking the dates first makes them blend smooth so there are no bits to put off a fussy toddler.
