
• 2 ripe Bananas: Mashed
• 1 cup Oats
• 1 cup Whole wheat flour
• ½ cup Jaggery powder
• ¼ cup Oil
• ½ tsp Baking powder
• Pinch Salt and cinnamon
1. Preheat the oven to 180°C and line a muffin tray.
2. Mix banana, jaggery and oil.
3. Fold in oats, flour, baking powder, salt and cinnamon.
4. Fill the muffin cups.
5. Bake for 22 to 25 minutes until firm.
6. Cool fully and wrap each muffin individually for travel.
