Banana Walnut Bread

A moist, naturally sweet loaf that turns overripe bananas into a beloved breakfast or snack.

Ingredients:

• 3 ripe Bananas: Mashed

• 1.5 cups Whole wheat flour

• ½ cup Jaggery powder

• ¼ cup Oil

• ¼ cup Chopped walnuts

• 1 tsp Baking powder

• Pinch Salt and cinnamon

Recipe:

1. Preheat the oven to 180°C and line a loaf tin.

2. Mix mashed banana, jaggery and oil.

3. Fold in flour, baking powder, salt, cinnamon and walnuts.

4. Pour into the loaf tin and smooth the top.

5. Bake for 35 to 40 minutes until a skewer comes out clean.

6. Cool fully before slicing.

💡 Tip: The riper the bananas, the sweeter the bread, so save spotty bananas just for this loaf.
