Banana Walnut Mini Pancakes

Soft little pancakes naturally sweetened with banana make a fun finger-food breakfast.

Ingredients:

• 1 ripe Banana: Mashed

• ½ cup Wheat flour

• 2 tbsp Milk

• 1 tbsp Finely ground walnut

• 1 tsp Ghee: For cooking

Recipe:

1. Mash banana and mix with flour, milk and ground walnut into a thick batter.

2. Heat a pan with a little ghee.

3. Pour small rounds and cook on low until bubbles form.

4. Flip and cook the other side until golden.

💡 Tip: Make them coin-sized so toddlers can self-feed. Skip walnut if there is any nut-allergy history.
