
• ½ small Beetroot: Peeled and cubed
• ½ Apple: Peeled and cubed
• As needed Water: For steaming
1. Steam beetroot and apple together for 12–15 minutes until soft.
2. Blend to a smooth puree.
3. Add water to adjust consistency.
4. Cool and serve in small amounts.
💡 Tip: Beetroot can colour stools pink; this is harmless. Introduce in small quantities at first.
