Besan Chilla Pizza

A protein-rich gram-flour pancake topped like a pizza; a clever, gluten-free crowd-pleaser.

Ingredients:

• 1 cup Gram flour (besan)

• ¼ cup Chopped vegetables

• 2 tbsp Pizza sauce

• ¼ cup Grated cheese

• Pinch Salt and water: For batter

Recipe:

1. Make a smooth besan batter with salt and water.

2. Pour onto a pan and cook one side until set.

3. Spread pizza sauce, scatter vegetables and cheese.

4. Cover and cook on low until the cheese melts. Slice and serve.

💡 Tip: The besan base gives a pizza experience with far more protein and no refined flour.
