Cantaloupe Yogurt Cups

Sweet muskmelon scooped over chilled yogurt; a hydrating, no-cook snack rich in water and vitamin A.

Ingredients:

• 1 cup Muskmelon (cantaloupe): Cubed or balled

• ½ cup Thick yogurt

• 1 tsp Jaggery or honey: Honey only after 1 year

• Pinch Cardamom

Recipe:

1. Chill the muskmelon pieces in the fridge.

2. Spoon yogurt into small cups and stir in the sweetener.

3. Top with the cold muskmelon.

4. Serve immediately.

💡 Tip: Muskmelon is very high in water and a gentle natural coolant; serve it well chilled at the peak of summer.
