
• 1 cup Whole wheat flour
• 1 cup Carrot: Grated
• ½ cup Jaggery powder
• ¼ cup Oil
• ¼ cup Milk
• 2 tbsp Chopped walnut
• ½ tsp Baking powder
• Pinch Cinnamon and salt
1. Preheat the oven to 180°C and line a square tin.
2. Mix oil, jaggery, milk and grated carrot.
3. Fold in flour, baking powder, cinnamon, salt and walnut.
4. Pour into the tin and smooth the top.
5. Bake for 25 to 28 minutes until set.
6. Cool and cut into small bite-sized squares.
💡 Tip: Grate the carrot fine so it melts into the cake; toddlers get the nutrition without spotting it.
