Cheesy Baked Vegetable Balls

Golden cheese-filled vegetable balls baked till crisp; an exclusive party snack kids adore.

Ingredients:

• 2 Potatoes: Boiled and mashed

• ½ cup Mixed vegetables: Grated

• ¼ cup Cheese cubes: Small

• ½ cup Breadcrumbs

• Pinch Salt, pepper, herbs

• 1 tbsp Oil: For brushing

Recipe:

1. Preheat the oven to 200°C and line a tray.

2. Mix mashed potato, vegetables and seasoning.

3. Wrap each cheese cube in a portion of the mix and roll into a ball.

4. Coat in breadcrumbs and place on the tray.

5. Brush with oil and bake for 20 to 22 minutes until golden.

6. Cool a little so the cheese sets slightly, then serve.

💡 Tip: Chill the shaped balls for 15 minutes before baking so the cheese centre stays gooey, not leaking.
