
• ½ cup Vermicelli: Roasted
• 1 cup Milk
• 2 tbsp Jaggery powder
• ½ cup Soft fruit: Chopped
• Pinch Cardamom
1. Boil the roasted vermicelli in milk until soft.
2. Stir in jaggery and cardamom and cook 2 minutes.
3. Cool fully, then refrigerate until cold.
4. Top with chopped soft fruit and serve chilled.
💡 Tip: Make it slightly loose, as vermicelli thickens once chilled. A splash of cold milk loosens it before serving.
