
• 1 ripe Banana: Frozen
• 1 cup Milk
• 1 tsp Cocoa powder: Unsweetened
• 1 tsp Jaggery or honey
• 2 Ice cubes
1. Add the frozen banana, milk, cocoa and sweetener to a blender.
2. Blend until smooth and frothy.
3. Add ice and blend briefly again.
4. Pour and serve cold.
