
• 1.5 cups Dates: Deseeded
• ½ cup Almonds: Chopped
• ½ cup Desiccated coconut
• ½ cup Oats: Roasted
• 1 tsp Ghee
1. Blend the dates to a sticky paste.
2. Mix in chopped almonds, coconut, roasted oats and ghee.
3. Press the mixture firmly into a lined tray.
4. Chill for 30 minutes until set.
5. Cut into small bars.
6. Wrap each bar in butter paper for travel.
💡 Tip: These no-cook bars stay good for several days without refrigeration and won't melt or crumble in a bag.
