
• 1 cup Oats: Roasted
• ½ cup Desiccated coconut
• ¾ cup Dates: Deseeded
• 1 tbsp Ghee
• Pinch Cardamom
1. Dry roast the oats until fragrant and cool.
2. Blend the oats coarsely with most of the coconut.
3. Blend the dates to a sticky paste.
4. Mix the date paste, oat mixture, ghee and cardamom by hand.
5. Roll into small ladoos.
6. Coat in the remaining coconut and store airtight.
