Coconut Oats Ladoo

A quick fibre-rich ladoo of oats, coconut and dates; a soft, no-cook morning energy bite.

Ingredients:

• 1 cup Oats: Roasted

• ½ cup Desiccated coconut

• ¾ cup Dates: Deseeded

• 1 tbsp Ghee

• Pinch Cardamom

Recipe:

1. Dry roast the oats until fragrant and cool.

2. Blend the oats coarsely with most of the coconut.

3. Blend the dates to a sticky paste.

4. Mix the date paste, oat mixture, ghee and cardamom by hand.

5. Roll into small ladoos.

6. Coat in the remaining coconut and store airtight.

💡 Tip: These need no cooking and come together in minutes; perfect for prepping a week of morning ladoos.
