
• 1.5 cups Buttermilk: Lightly spiced
• 1 tsp Agar agar
• Pinch Roasted cumin and salt
• Few Mint leaves: Finely chopped
1. Dissolve agar agar in a little water and heat until clear.
2. Mix it into the spiced buttermilk with cumin, salt and mint.
3. Pour into small moulds and cool to room temperature.
4. Refrigerate until set, then unmould and serve cold.
💡 Tip: Agar sets at room temperature, so this is a fuss-free chilled snack. Keep the spice and salt mild for children.
