Curd Rice (Soft)

Mildly soured curd with soft rice supports gut bacteria and is a gentle, cooling meal.

Ingredients:

• 3 tbsp Rice: Cooked very soft

• 2 tbsp Fresh curd: Mild, not sour

• As needed Water

Recipe:

1. Mash cooked rice until smooth.

2. Stir in fresh mild curd.

3. Thin with a little water or milk to a soft consistency.

4. Serve at room temperature.

💡 Tip: Use fresh, mildly set curd; very sour curd can upset a young baby's stomach.
