Curd Rice with Pomegranate

Cooling curd rice topped with juicy pomegranate pearls is gentle, probiotic and toddler-approved.

Ingredients:

• ½ cup Cooked rice

• 3 tbsp Fresh curd

• 2 tbsp Pomegranate seeds

• Pinch Salt

• ½ tsp Ghee: Optional tempering

Recipe:

1. Mash cooked rice slightly and mix with curd and salt.

2. Add a mild ghee-cumin tempering if desired.

3. Top with pomegranate seeds.

4. Serve at room temperature.

💡 Tip: Pomegranate adds a fun pop of texture; supervise closely as seeds can be a choking risk for younger toddlers.
