Dry Fruit Power Ladoo

A no-sugar energy ladoo bound only by dates and packed with nuts; ideal as a first morning bite.

Ingredients:

• 1 cup Dates: Deseeded

• ½ cup Almonds

• ¼ cup Cashews

• ¼ cup Walnuts

• 2 tbsp Desiccated coconut

• 1 tsp Ghee

Recipe:

1. Dry roast all the nuts lightly and let them cool.

2. Pulse the nuts coarsely in a blender.

3. Blend the dates to a sticky paste.

4. Heat ghee, add the date paste and nuts, and mix on low for 2 minutes.

5. Cool slightly, then roll into small ladoos.

6. Coat in desiccated coconut and store airtight.

💡 Tip: Give one small ladoo first thing in the morning for slow-release energy. Use very soft dates for easy binding.
