
• 1.5 cups Thick yogurt
• ½ cup Mixed berries and fruit: Chopped
• 1 tbsp Honey
• 1 tbsp Crushed nuts: Optional
1. Stir honey into the yogurt.
2. Spread it in an even layer on a lined tray.
3. Scatter chopped fruit and nuts on top.
4. Freeze for 3 hours, then break into shards and serve straight away.
💡 Tip: Serve the bark right out of the freezer; it softens quickly, so keep portions ready and return the rest to freeze.
