Fruit and Yogurt Parfait

Layers of yogurt, soft fruit and crushed cereal make a no-cook snack that feels like a treat.

Ingredients:

• ½ cup Thick yogurt

• ¼ cup Soft fruit: Banana, mango, berries

• 2 tbsp Crushed cereal or granola

• ½ tsp Honey: Only after 1 year

Recipe:

1. Spoon a layer of yogurt into a small cup.

2. Add a layer of soft chopped fruit.

3. Repeat layers and top with crushed cereal.

4. Drizzle a little honey and serve.

💡 Tip: Honey is safe only after the first birthday. Use very ripe, soft fruit cut small.
