Fruit Yogurt Popsicles

Frozen yogurt and fruit ice lollies; a cooling, probiotic-rich snack that turns a hot afternoon into a treat.

Ingredients:

• 1 cup Thick yogurt

• ½ cup Mixed fruit: Mango, banana, berries

• 1 tbsp Jaggery or honey: Honey only after 1 year

• Pinch Cardamom

Recipe:

1. Blend the yogurt, fruit and sweetener until smooth.

2. Pour into popsicle moulds, leaving a little space at the top.

3. Insert sticks and freeze for at least 4 hours.

4. Run the mould under warm water briefly to release and serve.

💡 Tip: Use thick set yogurt so the popsicles stay creamy, not icy. Make a batch ahead for the whole week of hot days.
