
• ½ cup Rolled oats
• ¼ cup Mixed vegetables: Finely chopped
• 1 cup Water
• 1 tsp Ghee
• Pinch Salt, turmeric, cumin
1. Heat ghee, add cumin and sauté vegetables for 3 minutes.
2. Add water, salt and turmeric; bring to a boil.
3. Stir in oats and cook 5 minutes until creamy.
4. Serve warm.
💡 Tip: Keep the spice gentle. A squeeze of lemon brightens the flavour for slightly older children.
