
• 1 cup Idli batter
• ¼ cup Grated vegetables: Carrot, beans
• Pinch Salt
1. Mix grated vegetables and salt into the idli batter.
2. Grease a mini idli mould and fill each cavity.
3. Steam for 10–12 minutes until cooked through.
4. Cool and serve with mild curd or chutney.
💡 Tip: Mini idlis are the perfect grab-size for small hands and pack vegetables invisibly.
