
• ½ cup Yellow moong dal: Soaked 2 hours
• 2 tbsp Grated vegetables
• Pinch Salt
• Pinch Cumin
• 1 tsp Oil: For cooking
1. Blend soaked dal with a little water to a smooth batter.
2. Stir in grated vegetables, salt and cumin.
3. Pour a ladle onto a hot pan and spread thin.
4. Cook both sides with a little oil until golden.
💡 Tip: Keep cheelas small and thin so they cook through and are easy for little hands.
