
• 1 Lemon: Juiced
• 1.5 cups Cold water
• 1 tbsp Jaggery powder
• Pinch Roasted cumin powder
• Pinch Black salt
• Few Mint leaves
1. Dissolve jaggery in a little warm water, then cool.
2. Mix in lemon juice and cold water.
3. Add a pinch of cumin and black salt.
4. Muddle in mint leaves and serve over ice.
💡 Tip: Keep salt minimal for young children. A pinch of roasted cumin makes the shikanji gently digestive.
