
• 2 tbsp Rolled oats: Ground
• 1 small Carrot: Grated
• 1 cup Water
• Pinch Turmeric
1. Simmer grated carrot in water for 8 minutes until soft.
2. Whisk in ground oats and cook for 4 minutes until thick.
3. Blend lightly to a soup consistency.
4. Cool and serve warm.
