Oats Chocolate Chip Cookies

Chewy wholesome cookies with oats and dark chocolate; an exclusive lunchbox treat without refined flour.

Ingredients:

• 1 cup Oats

• ½ cup Whole wheat flour

• ¼ cup Dark chocolate chips

• ½ cup Jaggery powder

• ¼ cup Oil

• 2 tbsp Milk

• Pinch Salt and baking soda

Recipe:

1. Preheat the oven to 180°C and line a tray.

2. Mix oil, jaggery and milk until smooth.

3. Fold in oats, flour, salt, baking soda and chocolate chips.

4. Scoop small mounds onto the tray and flatten gently.

5. Bake for 12 to 14 minutes until the edges turn golden.

6. Cool on the tray so they firm up.

💡 Tip: Let the cookies sit on the hot tray for 5 minutes after baking; they crisp as they cool.
