
• 2 Whole wheat rotis
• 1 cup Paneer cubes
• ¼ cup Sliced onion and capsicum
• 1 tsp Oil
• Pinch Chaat masala and salt
• 2 tbsp Mint chutney
1. Sauté onion and capsicum, then add paneer and chaat masala for 4 minutes.
2. Spread mint chutney on each roti.
3. Place the filling and roll tightly.
4. Toast the roll on a pan and serve warm.
💡 Tip: Wrap the roll in foil to keep it warm for lunchboxes. Adjust spice to your child's taste.
