
• 1 cup Wheat flour
• ½ cup Grated paneer
• 2 tbsp Grated vegetables: Carrot or beet
• Pinch Salt
• 1 tsp Ghee: For cooking
1. Knead wheat flour into a soft dough and rest 10 minutes.
2. Mix paneer, vegetables and salt for the filling.
3. Stuff a portion into a dough ball and roll gently.
4. Cook on a tawa with a little ghee until golden on both sides.
💡 Tip: Grate vegetables finely so picky toddlers can't pick them out. Serve with mild curd.
