Pear Puree

Pear is one of the lowest-allergen fruits and gently supports digestion, ideal for early weaning.

Ingredients:

• 1 ripe Pear: Peeled and cubed

• As needed Water: For steaming

Recipe:

1. Steam pear cubes for 6–8 minutes until soft.

2. Blend or mash to desired smoothness.

3. Add water to thin if needed.

4. Cool and serve.

💡 Tip: Very ripe pears can be mashed raw without cooking. Always test ripeness with a gentle press before offering.
