Pumpkin Puree

Pumpkin is rich in vitamin A and has a naturally creamy texture babies enjoy.

Ingredients:

• 1 cup Pumpkin: Peeled and cubed

• As needed Water: For steaming

• Pinch Nutmeg: Optional, after 8 months only

Recipe:

1. Steam pumpkin cubes for 12–15 minutes until very tender.

2. Blend to a smooth, creamy puree.

3. Add cooking water to loosen if needed.

4. Serve warm.

💡 Tip: Pumpkin freezes well in ice-cube trays. Thaw single portions for quick weeknight dinners.
