Quick Curd Fruit Bowl

Creamy curd topped with soft fruit and a drizzle of honey; an instant, cooling and gut-friendly snack.

Ingredients:

• ½ cup Thick curd

• ½ cup Soft fruit: Banana, mango, berries

• 1 tsp Honey: Only after 1 year

• Pinch Cardamom

Recipe:

1. Spoon the curd into a bowl.

2. Chop the soft fruit small and add on top.

3. Drizzle with a little honey and a pinch of cardamom.

4. Stir gently and serve.

💡 Tip: Use very ripe, soft fruit cut small so it is easy to eat. Honey is safe only after the first birthday.
