Ragi Banana Pancakes

Calcium-rich ragi pancakes sweetened with banana make a nutritious, naturally sweet meal.

Ingredients:

• ½ cup Ragi flour

• 1 ripe Banana: Mashed

• ½ cup Milk

• Pinch Cardamom

• 1 tsp Ghee: For cooking

Recipe:

1. Mix ragi flour, mashed banana, milk and cardamom into a smooth batter.

2. Heat a pan with a little ghee.

3. Pour small rounds and cook on low until set.

4. Flip and cook until done; serve warm.
