
• 3 tbsp Rice: Washed
• Handful Spinach: Cleaned
• 1 cup Water
• ½ tsp Ghee: After 8 months only
1. Cook rice with water until very soft and mushy.
2. Blanch spinach for 1 minute, then chop.
3. Blend rice and spinach together to a smooth mash.
4. Stir in ghee if using and serve warm.
💡 Tip: Always blanch spinach briefly before use to reduce its raw bitterness and make iron easier to absorb.
