Roasted Chana and Nut Mix

A protein-packed dry trail mix that needs no refrigeration; a sturdy, spill-proof snack for long travel.

Ingredients:

• 1 cup Roasted chana

• ½ cup Roasted peanuts

• ¼ cup Almonds

• ¼ cup Raisins

• Pinch Salt and mild chaat masala

Recipe:

1. Lightly dry roast the chana, peanuts and almonds together.

2. Cool completely.

3. Toss with raisins, salt and a pinch of chaat masala.

4. Transfer to an airtight jar or zip pouch.

5. Portion into small bags for easy travel snacking.

💡 Tip: Keep raisins separate until just before the trip if travelling in heat, so the mix stays dry and crunchy.
