
• 1.5 cups Cold milk
• 2 tbsp Rose syrup
• 2 tbsp Falooda vermicelli: Boiled
• 1 tsp Basil seeds (sabja): Soaked
• 2 tbsp Soft fruit: Optional
1. Soak the basil seeds in water until they swell.
2. Boil the falooda vermicelli, drain and cool.
3. Mix cold milk with rose syrup.
4. Layer vermicelli, basil seeds and milk in a glass and serve chilled.
💡 Tip: Soak the basil seeds fully until jelly-like before using, and serve in a wide glass with a spoon for younger kids.
