
• 1 cup Spinach: Blanched
• ¼ cup Sweet corn
• ½ cup Milk
• 1 cup Water
• Pinch Salt and pepper
1. Blanch spinach and blend with corn and a little water.
2. Simmer the puree with water and milk for 5 minutes.
3. Season with salt and a pinch of pepper.
4. Serve warm with soft bread soldiers.
