
• 1 cup Boiled sprouts
• ½ cup Puffed rice
• ¼ cup Chopped tomato and cucumber
• 1 tbsp Tamarind chutney
• Pinch Chaat masala and lemon
1. Lightly boil the sprouts and cool.
2. Mix sprouts, puffed rice and chopped vegetables.
3. Add tamarind chutney, chaat masala and a squeeze of lemon.
4. Toss and serve immediately so it stays crunchy.
💡 Tip: Assemble just before eating; puffed rice goes soft quickly once the chutney is added.
