Strawberry Yogurt Smoothie

A bright pink smoothie of strawberries and curd; refreshing, probiotic-rich and naturally sweet.

Ingredients:

• 1 cup Strawberries: Hulled

• ½ cup Curd

• ½ cup Milk

• 1 tsp Jaggery or honey: Honey only after 1 year

Recipe:

1. Add strawberries, curd, milk and sweetener to a blender.

2. Blend until completely smooth.

3. Strain once if your child dislikes seeds.

4. Pour and serve chilled.

💡 Tip: Straining removes the tiny seeds that some toddlers refuse. Use ripe strawberries to cut down on sweetener.
