
• 2 cups Whole wheat flour
• 2 Potatoes: Boiled and mashed
• ½ cup Grated paneer
• Pinch Salt and mild spice
• 2 tbsp Oil: For cooking
1. Knead a soft dough and rest 15 minutes.
2. Mix potato, paneer, salt and mild spice for the filling.
3. Stuff, roll and cook each paratha with a little oil until golden.
4. Cool completely.
5. Roll each paratha tightly and wrap in foil.
6. Pack the rolls standing upright in a box.
💡 Tip: Cooking them a little firmer than usual helps the parathas survive handling and stay intact for hours.
