
• 2 Whole wheat tortillas
• ½ cup Grated cheese
• ½ cup Sautéed vegetables
• Pinch Salt and oregano
• ½ tsp Butter
1. Sauté vegetables with a pinch of salt and oregano.
2. Place cheese and vegetables on one tortilla and cover with the second.
3. Toast on a buttered pan until golden and the cheese melts.
4. Cut into wedges and serve.
