
• 1 cup Fresh curd
• 1 ripe Mango: Peeled and cubed
• ¼ cup Milk
• 1 tsp Jaggery or honey: Honey only after 1 year
• Pinch Cardamom
1. Add curd, mango, milk and sweetener to a blender.
2. Blend until smooth and creamy.
3. Add a pinch of cardamom and blend briefly.
4. Pour into a glass and serve chilled.
💡 Tip: Use very ripe mango so you need little to no added sweetener. Serve fresh; lassi separates if it stands too long.
